This webinar will be presented by Dr. John Reynolds (Simon Fraser Univ., Chair of COSEWIC) on the iNaturalist Project. Citizen science projects are changing the way we document biodiversity, leading to discoveries that can have direct implications for how we protect and enhance wild nature. The BC Parks iNaturalist project provides an example of how we can harness the enthusiasm of volunteers to photograph plants and animals through the global iNaturalist platform.
