Bill C-69: Proposed Impact Assessment Act regulations

The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency is inviting the public to comment on its proposals for new Regulations Designating Physical Activities, also known as the Project List, and new Information Requirements
and Time Management Regulations.

These regulations are part of the rules for major projects that the Government of Canada has proposed to protect the environment, grow the economy, and restore public trust in decisions about resource development and other types of industrial activities.
